Background

This guide will walk you through the steps to install and set up the Company Portal app on your Windows computer. The Company Portal app allows you to access work/school resources and manage your device settings to comply with your organization's policies.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open the Microsoft store,

  2. Search for and install the Company Portal app

  3. Open Company Portal and sign in with your work/school account.

  4. On the Home screen, select Next to start setup.

  5. Select Connect on the next screen.

  6. Sign in with your work or school account if prompted.

  7. On the Flinders signing page enter your Flinders password if prompted.

  8. On the Setting up your device screen, select Go.

  9. Once setup is done, return to the Company Portal and select Next.

  10. Select Done to finish.
