Logging into your Google Workspace account

Logging into your Google Workspace account

Background

All students are provided with a school-managed Google Workspace account. You can use this to collaborate with your peers and teachers and to backup your resources to the cloud.

If you have a personal Google account, or use /wiki/spaces/TechnologyKB/pages/3124949 as your preferred browser, you may find it simpler to use a different browser to login to your Flinders Google. Chrome can sometimes get itself tied in knots trying to work out which Google account you are trying to access.

Step-by-step guide

To login to your Flinders Google Workspace Account:

  1. Open a web browser and enter this address: https://accounts.google.com/

  2. Enter your Flinders email address:

Your Flinders email address will go something like:

    bsimpson32@fccc.vic.edu.au

Where the portion prior to the @ symbol is the same as your network username.

  3. If you have a personal Google account and one of your other Google profiles is shown on the login screen, click the Sign in with a different account link.

  4. If you are on site and/or have already logged into a Flinders Single Sign On System you will automatically be logged into your Flinders Google account. Otherwise you will now be presented with the Flinders Single Sign On Page. Enter your Flinders Network username and password.

  5. You are now logged in to your Flinders Google account.
