Problem
When opening an Office application you are presented with a "Your subscription has expired" or "SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRED" message. This could appear in any of the Office applications including, Word, Excel, Outlook. The Dialogue and Notification bar looks like these.


Solution
- Close other MS Office leaving only one open.
- Click the Reactivate or Sign In button.
- At this point an attempt to automatically reactivate will be performed. If you are prompted for credentials enter your full email address eg. "bgates16@fccc.vic.edu.au" and network password.
- You will then be presented with the following screen. Click Accept and start...
- Reopen any Office application and check activation.
