Background

Community Portal stores archived copies of all your statements on the Finance page. These are available to you at all times.

Step-by-step guide

To view a statement:

  1. Sign in to Community Portal and then view the Finance page.

  2. If you have more than one 'account', click/tap the appropriate account from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen:
  3. The lower part of the Finance page will display the statement history for the selected account. By default you will see up to the last five statements:
  4. To view a statement, click/tap the icon located at the end of the row. (Alternatively, you can also click/tap Last statement button to view the most recent statement.)

    This will open the statement in a new window:

    The statement is a PDF file which can be printed or downloaded to your device.

 

You don't have to view the PDF file to see the transactions that are listed on the statement. Click/tap the Statement Number to see the transaction history.

You can limit the statement history to a particular month in the current year. Use the drop list to select the month you want to review.
