View your transaction history and receipts


You can use the Finance page to view all past transactions, including charges, payments and allowances. The history of all your receipts is also available on this page. 

Step-by-step guide

To view your transaction history and receipts, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to Community Portal and then view the Finance page.
  2. If you have more than one 'account', click/tap the appropriate account from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen:
  3. By default, your receipts will be shown in the first table. If not, click/tap Receipt & Statement History tab. Your last five receipts will be listed for the selected account.

    Click/tap the icon located at the end of the row to view the receipt.
  4. To view your transactions, click/tap on the Transaction History tab. By default, you will see the last twenty transactions for the selected account. 

You can limit the lists of transactions and receipts to a particular month in the current year. Use the drop list to select the month you want to review.
