I can't see the finance (or other) details in Community Portal


When I log in to Community Portal, I don't see the Finance menu item.

Or, I don't see the Activities menu item. 

Or, I don't see my children's details listed.


Community Portal is designed to provide you with all the information that you have the right to access. However, not every parent/guardian will have access to the same options. The majority of Community Portal users will be able to edit details for themselves and their children, edit their children's medical information, view and respond to activities, and view finance information.

However, there are some circumstances in which a parent might not have one or more of these elements. For example, if a child does not live with one parent, that parent might not be able to edit details for the child. On the other hand, that parent might pay all college fees, so will have access to the Finance information, whereas the parent with whom the child lives might not.
